Q: How do I place an order?

A: You can place an order through our website, using the "Contact Now" or "Send Inquiry" option. Select your preferred customization, turnaround time, and upload your artwork. Or you can send an email to SR13@lavigifts.com with your artwork and specs, and we will send back a proof and quote in Within fifteen minutes.


Q: Can I get product samples or catalogue?

A: Yes, Please contact us, We can provide you with electronic catalogue. Our existing samples are free, You just bear courier charge.


Q: Are you certified Disney and BSCI?

A: Our dedication to constantly match our customers quality and social responsibility expectations has led us to get the certifications.


Q: What is your MOQ (minimum order quantity)?

A: We have no MOQ! There are certain restrictions on the website quote, so if your order is less than a certain amount, please email us!


Q: Do you have any stock items?

A: Of course, in order to meet the diversified needs of customers, LAVI also offers some stock products for you to buy. Nowadays, you can choose stock lapel pins, stock challenge coins and stock keychains. In the future, Our design team will create more categories of stock products. Stay tuned to be expected!


Q: My order came damaged/incorrect, how can I get this fixed?

A: Please send us your order number, and a photo of your packaging/order and a total count of the damaged or flawed items. We will take a look at it and your sales coordinator will follow up with you later in the day to let you know what we can do.


Q: What is the difference between hard and soft enamel?

A: Soft enamel is the more economical option, the surface of the pin or coin is textured, with the metal linework being raised, and the paint settling into the recesses. Soft enamel is good for more detailed or artistic designs. Hard enamel is slightly more expensive, the surface of the pin or coin will be smooth, the metal linework and paint are level with each other. Hard enamel is good for company logos or simple artwork.


Q: What file format do I need to upload for my design?

A: We prefer vectorized files, but we accept ai, pdf, png, jpg, jpeg. There are no restrictions regarding dimensions. A PNG file of resolution 300dpi can also work if you don`t have a vector file.


Q: Can you create the proof for me? Is there an additional cost to this? Also is there a template of the proof that I can use to make sure my design has all the information the manufacturer needs?

A: Yes, we can provide proof for free, We provide free digital proofs. You can make as many changes and edits as you like to the proofs that get sent to you. All you need to do is reply back to your sales coordinator and provide them with your instructions. We do not have a generic template, so if you have any questions or concerns, please let you sales coordinator know!


Q: Are the designs on your site copyrighted?

A: The designs are copyrighted by the users, all rights reserved, we won't release them for distribution elsewhere.


Q: How much is shipping? Can you ship anywhere?

A: Any shipment places needs to be quoted. We can ship anywhere that FedEx, DHL,TNT delivers to.


Q: What is the price of your customized products?

A: We can't necessarily provide general pricing as our pricing is custom to each order. Mold fees differ depending on each custom design. We have an automated quotation feature on our site that you can use to get an idea of what pricing will look like based on your selections by visiting our site corresponding category and clicking the orange "free quote / quick order" button. The quotation feature does not have additional offerings like chains and gemstones. So to provide you with accurate pricing you can submit an inquiry through our site using the quotation feature or send us an email with all the information and we can submit it for you.


Q: Do you offer a guarantee?

A: Prior to production of your order, you may cancel anytime and are entitled to our money back* guarantee! Once your order is in production, has shipped , we will not be able to cancel it and no refund will be given simply.


However, If the product has a defect when customer receives it, we will either re-make your order FREE OF CHARGE or offer our customer and order discount based on a case-by-case basis (depending on the severity of the product defect and the number of defective products involved).

*Money back guarantee: If you pay by check or money order, there is no cancellation fee. CREDIT CARD USERS, when cancelling your order there is a 5% cancellation fee if we have already charged your card.


Products


Q: Can your company provide professional Pantone color cards for selection?

A: Usually we recommend customers to enter Pantone's official website to select Pantone color number, or you can directly enter: https://www.pantone.com/color-finder to select, we provide product production according to the color number you choose.


Q: Do customized products include accessories, and are accessories free?

A: When the product is complete with accessories, such custom products are usually included free of charge. In terms of lapel pins, LAVI provides 11 choices. 1 military clutch and 1 rubber clutch are free. 1 or 2 Magnet backings, 1 or 2 deluxe backings, 1 cufflink and 1 safety pin are an extra charge.


Q: What packaging do your company's customized products have?

A: Different products usually have different packaging options: our metal products usually have 4 types of packaging for pins: polybag, plastic boxes, velvet bags, velvet box options; for other materials, we usually provide polybag, which is free. Others will be an extra charge. For detailed accessories of related products, you can enter our options.


Q: Is it possible to engrave our own logo on the product?

A: Of course, our metal and PVC materials products can provide customers with additional logo engraving services.


Q: Can I get my products faster than typical turnaround time?

A: We provide expedited services, if customers want to speed up the production of orders, only need to pay expedited fees to get products faster.


Q: How close will my final product look compared to the proof I`ve received?

A: Unless otherwise agreed upon, all colors will be matched [as closely as possible" to your original artwork. Most of our products are hand-made / hand colored and differences in dye and color lots can be expected from time to time.


Please note that due to differences in monitor calibration the colors displayed on your monitor may differ from the colors in the Pantone guide. We match colors based on the printed guide.


LARGE AREAS OF HARD ENAMEL may not fill perfectly to the top. Please understand that our products are hand-made, and hand finished. EACH PIN is an individual work of art, uneven enamel fill, small scratches and dust ARE NORMAL IN PIN MANUFACTURE, and will not be credited.


Design


Q: I have no artwork, can you help?

A: Yes, absolutely! We offer FREE art and design services with every order!


Q: After I place my order, when will I receive my products?

A: Our delivery times range between 10 and 15 days after receipt of an order and approval of artwork (please refer to the appropriate item on this website for the normal delivery times listed). However, some delivery times may vary depending upon the quantity, production methods used, or uniqueness of your design requirements.


Q: What if I need to make changes or cancel my order after it's in production?

A: Any changes or cancellations are subject to charges based on costs incurred up to time of your request. No change is accepted once an order is in production. If changes are necessary once production begins, it will be considered a new order.


Q: How should I supply my own artwork to you?

A: Most preferred format is Illustrator or .eps vector artwork and all fonts converted to outlines/curves. We also accept .jpg, .pdf, .tiff, .png, .psd or .bmp files (please enlarge artwork 4 times larger than the pin size). We highly recommend the use of PMS Matching System colors in your art in order to reproduce the colors you require. For our Digital Pins, artwork should be at least 300 dpi or higher.


Q: Will I receive an art proof before you produce my pins?

A: Yes, we will send you a proof after receipt of your order and will not produce your pins until we get your final approval of the artwork.

Q: What are your payment terms?

A: We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, check or money order.


Shipping


Q: How will you ship my order?

A: All orders are shipped via FedEx, DHL, TNT.


Q: Can I track the order logistics information?

A: Of course, our customer service will send the tracking information of the goods to you by mail after shippment.


Q: How long can I get my products?

A: The Delivery time depends on your product, It may be two weeks. Generally speaking, coins will be complicated compared to other products. It may be a week or two weeks.

Die Stuck, Cut, Weld Back Nails, Die Cast Zinc Alloy: 5-6 Days


Polishing: 1 Day

Carding: 2 Days
